President of Kilbourn Associates, Naples, Florida, Mike specializes in family Wealth Transfer Planning. As a national authority on estate tax matters and a local expert on the complexities of Florida domicile, he has secured the trust of hundreds of wealthy individuals and families.
In addition to authoring the first three editions of The Florida Domicile Handbook, Mike is also the author of Disinherit the IRS (Career Press 2003) and contributing author of Optimal Aging Manual (Optimal Aging, LLC, 2004), Giving–Philanthropy for Everyone (Quantum Press, 2002), 21st Century Wealth: Essential Financial Planning Principles (Quantum Press, 2000) and Ways and Means: Maximize the Value of Your Retirement Savings (Esperti Peterson Institute, 1999).

Brad A. Galbraith is the Managing Partner at Galbraith, PLLC’s Naples and Indianapolis offices. He focuses on providing creative, cutting-edge estate, tax, and business planning advice to business owners and other wealthy individuals. Brad is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar Association.
Brad is a frequent presenter on estate and tax planning topics to CPAs and attorneys at conferences and continuing education events throughout the US. In addition to co-authoring The Florida Domicile Handbook, Brad has co-authored Disinherit the IRS as well as Estate Planning for CPAs–a continuing education program for CPAs, published and distributed nationally. He is also the author of several books, including: Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Family Limited Partnership Agreement, Family LLC Operating Agreements, and The Four Corners: Where Your Estate Plan Becomes A Living Legacy.
